Installation Services

There are three options for installations and set ups: Hardware, software or networks.

Hardware

- If you have bought a new piece of hardware or you would like some new hardware, we are able to come to you and install it or buy it for you if required. Installation consists of two parts – Software/Driver installation and the hardware installation. The hardware will require the software installing as this is what tells the hardware what to do and how it works. The hardware is the actual part that you have bought. This requires installing inside of you computer in most cases. Once both parts are installed, the hardware should would without any other help (initial setup may be required)

Software

– A piece of software can be installed onto your PC. Unlike hardware, this does not normally need any other components installing, but if it does, it’s normally included on the software CD.

Networks

– A network can be set up in your house if required. A network can be used for connecting multiple systems to the internet or to each other at the same time, rather than having to unplug one to use the other. Systems that you may want to be connected on your network are: Desktop PCs, Laptops, games consoles etc. If you have a laptop which has wireless, we can also set up a wireless network for you so that you are able to use the internet or access files when you are outside or in a room which does not have the router in.
